Problem:

Stereochemical structure displayed inversion in the enumerated reactions.


Solution:

Please check all the substance in the MPS Generic Rxn before enumerating. If you find any substance is overlap, please choose the substance and right click the blank area. Choose structure> "Clean up Structure". Then you can continue to execute the following process. Aftering enumerating, all the reactions can contain stereochemical bonds correctly.
