Problem:
Configuration error when using Send2ENotebook printer
Solution:
PROBLEM:
An E-Notebook 12.1 user was getting the following error when trying to
print with Send2ENotebook printer:

Send2ENotebook agent

The Send2ENotebook printer has not
been properly configured. A required file could not be located. Please
contact support.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
SOLUTION:
1. Uninstalled E-Notebook Client. (This did not remove Send2ENotebook
printer from that machine.)
2. Manually deleted Send2ENotebook printer from the list of
installed Printers.
3. Used "SendToEnotebook for 12.1.msi" to "Remove" and then
"Install" Send2ENotebook printer.
