Problem:

Exception error message when rendering takes place


Solution:

An E-Notebook 11.0.x user was getting the following error message when printing:

Sorry, while rendering, Call was rejected by callee. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED)).


SOLUTION:

Clearing the Temp folder (for Windows 7 - “C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Temp”, for Windows XP - “C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Temp”) helped.

We believe this kind of rendering issues to be fixed in our future versions.
