Problem:
Empty Acrobat question window in PDF sections
Solution:
When an E-Notebook user was viewing a section with a PDF, or importing
a new PDF, he was getting a blank "Acrobat" dialog with just a "?"
(question mark).
SOLUTION:
Updating Acrobat from 9.0.0 to 9.2.0 helped.
