E-Notebook users are not authenticated
All users are getting the following error on login to E-Notebook:

Sorry, an error occurred while
opening a client connection: while setting up connection to central
database: User "XXX" is NOT Authenticated!

REASON:
LDAP server has changed.
SOLUTION:
1. On your E-Notebook Middle Tier Server, open the "OracleConfig.xml"
file in a text editor. (The default location of this file is
"C:\Program Files\CambridgeSoft\E-Notebook 11.0\". If not there, please
search for the file name "OracleConfig.xml" on your server hard drive.)
2. Replace the old LDAP server name with the new one in all places, and
save the file.
