Error when loading .TIF files with JPEG compression into SDM

When importing a TIF with JPEG compression into the SDM area using E-Notebook, the following error might occur:

Parameter is not valid.

---------------------------


REASON:

This is due to the file not being a valid bitmap file. For example, wihile opening the same file in Paint:

"This is not a valid bitmap file, or its format is not currently supported."


WORKAROUND:

Convert to another image format (or to a PDF) before uploading into the SDM.
