When doing Sign and Close I get the following error message: Sorry, an error occurred while exporting pdf of section "Captured Image" of chemistry experiment "MC2-0000009-002":StartIndex cannot be less than 0. Parameter name: startIndex.

Solution: The cause of this issue is often the ELN offline content being corrupt. In order to solve it: 1- From the affected computer go to Start->Run and enter %temp%. Hit Enter. 2- Open folder ENOffline and delete its content. 3- Login to ELN again and try to Sign and Close.
