Problem:
“Sorry, Invalid picture” errors and loss of form tools
Solution:
PROBLEM:
An E-Notebook 9.0.3 user could login, but no form tools appeared. The user was getting “Sorry, Invalid picture” errors when accessing any experiment.
SOLUTION:
Cleaning the Temp folder ("C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Temp\") helped.
