Unable to login, Error: while initializing global variables: An item with the same key has already been added.

Specific user is unable to login into E-Notebook V# 11.x.x. Observed below error: Error Connecting

REASON:

Similar issues have been reported when users were trying to connect to a different database (e.g., test vs production) than one which their offline content was supposed to be synchronized with.
SOLUTION:

The solution is to delete the offline files from a folder called ENOFFLINE, which is located under Temp folder.
Usually, it is "C:\Temp\ENOffline". The value of variable "TMP" (the pathway for the ENOffline folder) can be seen
from Start -> Run -> cmd -> set.

Simply delete the contents of that folder, and try to login into the E-Notebook again.

NOTE: All offline content will be lost. To save offline changes, you should login into ELN in Offline mode, export changed experiments to xml, delete ENOffline folder, connect to the ELN in Online mode, and import xml to an appropriate location.
