Problem:
Sign & Close requires full access to the collection object to be submitted to a witness

PROBLEM:
ELN error seen on ELN version 11.0.2.
ELN Error message when clicking on an experiment, hitting
Sign&Close, choosing a user from witness selection.
ELN exports to a PDF, but when document is filled with password and
submitted, an error message pops up:

Error in ENClient Sorry, the currently logged in user does not have permission to change the privileges of chemistry experiment "................". Error giving witness (.....) read privilege to signed collection .......... You may need to set privileges manually using Collection Properties. OK ----------------------------------------------
SOLUTION:
To solve this issue grant "Full Control" to the user who
performs Sign&Close over his own experiments.
Also, "read" access over the user who is performing the
Sign&Close operation must be granted to witness user.
