PROBLEM:

User reported Adobe PDF error when Sign and Close in ELN 9.0.2:

"When you create a PostScript file you must rely on system fonts and use document fonts. Please go to the printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts".

Note: Adobe Acrobat version 8.1.0 Standard.

CAUSE:

This issue is seen in ELN 9 when excel cells get corrupted and increase the size of the worksheets exponentially every time the worksheet is open and closed; even when there is no data in the cell.
It is an excel formatting problem, and it happens to users who use excel worksheets as templates.

WORKAROUND:

"Copy and paste" excel data to new workbooks will resolve this issue.
