| PROBLEM: An ELN 9.0.2 user reported the following error while performing Sign & Close on a particular computer: -------------------------------------------- Error Double-clicking Sorry, initializing the sign version dialog failed: Automation error Library not registered. ------------------------------------------- The user's computer had Adobe Acrobat version 8.1.2 installed on the machine.
SOLUTION: Adobe Acrobat version on user's computer was downgraded
from 8.1.2 to 8.1.0.
