Automation errors with ELN and Word Sections

“Automation Error Library not Registered” error has been reported when loading the E-Notebook on new PCs. It appears that a recent Windows update is the root of the problem. To resolve the issue, the new PCs had to be built in the following specific order:

1) Install Windows (XP)

2) Install SP3

3) Install Office

4) Install Office SP3

5) Install ELN client

6) Install Windows updates

If the Windows updates are installed before the ELN, the error occurs.
