Problem:
Message 'Results not available' is shown when trying to use Autotext.
Solution:
This can happen when 'Autotext' values have not been defined by the tenant's administrator. To add values follow these steps:
- Log into Signals Notebook as an administrator user.
- Select 'System Configuration' from the user name dropdown menu.
- Click on 'System Settings'.
- Click on 'Autotext' and select 'Lists'.
- In the Autotext window click 'Add New List' and type a name for the list.
- Select the new list and click 'Add New Value' and type the value.
- The list and value will be displayed by the system when using Autotext.
