Can requestor assign tasks to specific users or user groups?

In our current design, you submit a task to its new status (Submitted), not to a specific analyst. One of the reasons is that in some companies the requestors may not know the analysts.

However, you can regulate which analysts will have this Submitted task available for self-assign. You can find more details in our User Guide -> Tasks and Requests chapter and sub-chapters. Basically, when you share a request with just certain analysts, only those analysts will be able self-assign tasks from that request. You can also you can use attributes on the request and the security policy to make certain requests (and thus the tasks within them) visible to only certain people.
