Is there a way to make TERR or R scripts sent to the TSSS server run as the Spotfire user, instead of as the TSSS service account?


Solution:

Is there a way to make TERR or R scripts sent to the TSSS server run as the Spotfire user, or as some other custom user, instead of as the TSSS service account?
  No, TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services (TSSS) can only execute TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R (TERR) or R scripts as its own account.  There is no mechanism available for making a particular TERR script run as a particular user or account.  Each new script runs as a TSSS job that is assigned to one of the TERR (or R) sessions that are already running (as the TSSS account) in the TSSS instance's engine pool.
