How to disable all the options at group level that appear on right-click on any visualization in the Web Player

When you right-click on any visualization in the Web Player, you get the following options (Refer the screenshot below):

1. Start conversation 
2. Export
    2a. Export to PDF
    2b. Export Visualization Image
3. Share
    3a. Visualization to TIBBR


If there is a need to disable these options, you can do that together at group level only. To disable all the licenses for CONSUMER users, refer the following screenshot and disable the licenses from the mentioned categories accordingly.

From TIBCO Spotfire Consumer:
1. Create Collaboration Conversations
2. View Collaboration Conversations

From TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player:
1. Export to PDF
2. Export Image
3. Share to tibbr®




For table and cross table, there is one more option (Export table) when you right-click on them. To hide that as well, disable the Export Data license under TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player.

Please refer the manual for the description of all the licenses and categories. To browse to that, click on help button when you open Administration Manager and then click on 'Description of Groups and Licenses'. 

Note:
From 7.12 onward, there is one added feature of maximizing the desired visualization. It also appears when you right-click on the visualization. This feature cannot be disabled as of now.
