Spotfire connectivity to Google BigQuery when proxy setup required.

Description:
Spotfire connectivity to Google BigQuery when proxy setup is made in Spotfire Node Manager machine, where proxy authentication is required for Web Player.

Resolution:
1. Proxy address (in user Google project) should be added to the list of redirect URIs. Proxy address could be anything depending on company, just that it has to end with .com or .org ( public top level domain)

Example: proxyaddress="http://proxyserver.contoso.com"
