While performing a structure search in Lead Discovery, I see compounds that should not be included in the results. How can I fix this?

Usually, this is due to a mismatch of index and can be fixed by using the following steps:

Please follow these steps:

1. Clear the Structure Filter.
2. Add a Table plot, mark a row in it and delete the row.
3. Undo the delete operation which will recover the table.
4. Redo the filter. This will let LD to start to calculate the structure index.

This should resolve the incorrect Structure Index that you have.
