When moving analyses between Spotfire environments, data tables based on system ODBC data source connections need to be remapped with target environment ODBC connection string one by one. Is it possible to modify connection strings of system ODBC data sources in bulk?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify in bulk data connections that are based on system ODBC data sources. When a local system ODBC data source is used, all connection information is stored within analysis file and, therefore, all analysis files that use this connection need to be individually updated when connection information changes.

It is possible to update in bulk connection string information for data source types that are stored in Spotfire Library (Data Connections and Information Links). Analyses that use these data source types don't need to be updated individually, because connection string information is stored centrally in the Spotfire Library.
