Solution:

 To run Signals Screening data functions in TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services, you need to add TSSS URL in TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R URL preference.

Spotfire analyst > Tools > Administrator Manager > Preferences > TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services > TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R URL.

 

If TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services is configured, the Apps Dependency Manager will warn about this situation with the following message.
