The TERR Service is extremely slow / I am seeing performance problems.

If you have installed multiple services on the TERR Service node, this is likely the cause. Having multiple services running on the same node as the TERR Service is unsupported. If the services are given a fair chance of doing their job (separate nodes for TERR and only one TERR per such node, and the same for PYTHON), they will do a better job of communicating their capacity so the "routing" from the TSS will work better. Similarly, the effects of having multiple TERR services on the same node is also unknown. So the unsupported configuration affects not only the TERR service operations/stability but also its ability to correctly report its status to the TSS for proper routing.
