Calculations Explorer Curve Fit visualizations do not appear.

For instance you expect to see the curve fits as below but they do not appear after creating a curve fit.

Error may be found in Spotfire Help > Diagnostics and Logging > Logging

System.InvalidOperationException: TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R returned an error...

The first place to look is Apps Dependency Manager

Tools > Signals Apps >  > Apps dependency manager

Any required R packages will be displayed in red. Use Install packages button if required.

All going well this addresses the problem but if not please check Signals Screening Installation Guide, section 'The curve fitting does not work from within the CE protocols' where further steps are covered in detail to counter errors which 'may' be seen when curve fitting with trellised plots namely:
