How to run the TIBCO Spotfire Extension in debug mode


Solution:

Just like any other TIBCO OpenSpirit Application, at some point you will have to run your OpenSpirit Spotfire Extension in debug mode in order to the debug log files available to TIBCO support engineers for troubleshooting purposes. The steps outlined in this document will guide you ,step by step, on how to collect information required to start the troubleshooting process.
