Problem:

PostgreSQL ODBC data connector driver for Linux OS


Solution:

In order to connect to PostgreSQL connection, "psqlODBC 9.x" driver needs to be installed on the machine running the data connector.
  The tar file to install this driver(or newer version of this driver) on a Linux machine can be downloaded from the following link.
