Web page with the message "Authentication Successful" appears after leaving Spotfire Analyst open for a long time
After the login session used by Spotfire analyst has timed out a a new login procedure will be triggered in order to renew the server session. Spotfire Analyst client will then open a web browser to login the user again. Often the authentication procedure is handled automatically hence the text "Authentication successful" will appear in a browser window. If you wish not to see new browser windows so often you can increase the server configuration 'absolute-session-timeout' to a higher value. The default value is 1440 minutes which is 24 hours.
