Problem:

While performing the task-"Export to PDF" in Automation job,the visualization gets exported without border lines


Solution:

While doing export to pdf operation, border present in the visualization(s) does not get exported via automation service. This behavior is observed in Spotfire 7.11 and earlier versions. From Spotfire 7.12 onwards, the border(s) does appear in the exported visualization. So, if you observe the above mentioned behavior then you need to upgrade your Spotfire environment to Spotfire 7.12 or later version.
