The TIBCO Spotfire Web Player shows a blank page with no text, images, or menu content when browsing to the TIBCO Spotfire Web Player start page after successful user authentication. For example:


The cause of this issue is on IIS Server level:
1). Feature Delegation > "MIME Types" was set to "Not Delegated".
2). Feature Delegation> "HTTP Response Headers" was set to "Not Delegated". Open IIS Manager and Navigate to Feature Delegation and changed the above mentioned values to (if not set already, set to) "Read/Write":
