Internal Error: Personalized parameters could not be provided

When working with developing custom queries using TIBCO Spotfire Data Connectors, you may see the following error when trying to use the pre-generated personalized parameters:

Internal error:
Personalized parameters could not be provided. The reason for the error is that you are not connected to the TIBCO Spotfire Server while trying to develop your personalized custom query. This is because "Work Offline" was chosen at the login dialog instead of logging in to the TIBCO Spotfire Server. The data connector software itself is unaware of information such as what user you are or for example, what group and domain you belong to. This information is provided by the TIBCO Spotfire Server to the data connector software while having a connection online to the TIBCO Spotfire server.
