Problem:
How do I enable the Lead Discovery DEBUG log file in Spotfire Client?
Solution:
A) To enable the DEBUG log file for Lead Discovery in your Spotfire Client, you must go to this folder location: INSTALL DIR\TIBCO\Spotfire\VERSION\Modules\Lead Discovery_18.10.0.1221….
Open this file “LDLogConfig.xml” with notepad and replace this section:
level value="INFO" to level value="DEBUG" , you must switch back after to INFO mode after troubleshoot is complete.
Saved this file and reproduce this Leadidiscovey issue.
Send us file in a log.zip format folder.
