The installation of BioDraw hangs up every time the install gets to the sample pathways. The only thing I can do is cancel the installation.

Problem:

The installation of BioDraw hangs up every time the install gets to the sample pathways. The only thing I can do is cancel the installation.


Solution:

The problem is due to an older video driver that is not compatible with the version of the Java JRE that is installed with BioDraw. Download and install the latest video driver from the manufacturer's web site.
