Can saved search lists be shared between users?

You can make a saved hitlist available to other users by making it public. To do that please follow these steps:

1. Log into Registration with the user owning the hitlist
2. Go to 'Search Registry'
3. Expand the left hand panel where the 'Preferences' are shown
4. Scroll down to'Query Management' and click to expand
5. Click on 'Manage Hitlists'
6. From the 'Select Hitlist' dropdown choose the desired list
7. Click on the 'Edit' tab below
8. Specify the name and description
9. Mark the 'Is Public' checkbox to make the information available to other users
10. Click the 'Edit' button to save
