Problem:
Unable to see a user with correct privileges in the Registration Scientist DropDown
Solution:
This issue can occur if the use is set as inactive in the application. To change the user's status please follow these steps:
- Log into CBOE with an administrative user e.g. cssadmin
- Go to 'Security' > 'Manage Users'
- Select the user
- Click 'Edit'
- Mark the 'Active' checkbox is marked
- Click 'Save'
- Log off
