Problem:

Registration 12 hangs when saving changes to search 'Preferences'


Solution:

When saving changes to the search preferences a pop-up confirmation message will appear, the save will not proceed until confirmed and the screen will remain greyed out. Scroll down and to the left of the search page to find the confirmation message.
