How to enable moving batches between compounds in Registration 12?

1.Log into Registration with an user with administrator privileges
2.Enable move batches:
  2.1.Go to 'Customize Registration'
  2.2.Select 'System Settings'
  2.3.Look for 'EnableMoveBatch' and change from False to True
  2.4.Click Save
