Problem:

Even with the ChemDraw Active X Plugin installed, Internet Explorer 11 displays a warning message when attempting to load a webpage requiring the plugin:

“You are currently using Netscape 5. This page will use CS ChemDraw Plugin, but isn’t installed on your computer. Do you want to install it now? ”

Solution:

Internet Explorer 11 is not qualified to be used with CDAX version 12 or earlier, please downgrade to a qualified version of IE according to your CBOE version.
