No “Substructure Search” tab in the Inventory search

No “Substructure Search” tab in the Inventory search

To make the “Substructure Search” tab appear, please do the following:

1.    Login to the Inventory application with admin credentials.
2.    Click “Manage Users” in the “Manager Security” tab. (This will open in a new browser window/tab).
3.    Find the user having the problem in the list and double click on that user.
4.    In the list of Available Roles click on INV_BROWSER
5.    Click on the >> button to add the role into the list of Current Roles.
6.    Click Save.
7.    Logoff of the application and Login with the user credentials you just altered.
8.    If “Substructure Search” tab still does not show up, refresh the page or restart the browser.
