Problem:

The application displays an error message when trying to register a record


Solution:

Application: Registration 11, 12
Description: When trying to register a compound in CBOE Registration with any user the application displays an error message that contains the following element in the stack trace:

BusinessException : System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80010105): The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT)) at ChemDrawControl12.ChemDrawCtlClass.get_Objects()

Cause: ChemDraw is not correctly installed in the application server.
Solution: Re-install and activate ChemDraw in the application server.
