When trying to access BioSAR there is a Data Source connection error for all users in different client machines and from the application server.

Application: BioSAR 10 & 11

Description: When trying to access BioSAR Schema Management or Open Form error messages indicating data source connection problems appear.

Cause: Incomplete or incorrect BioSAR configuration in the application server.

Solution:
1.Log into the application server.
2.Check the BioSAR configuration files:
  a.Go to: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ChemOffice\BioSAR_Browser\config
    i.Test the connection using the biosar_browser.udl
    ii.Review the biosar_browser.ini and ensure the connection string is pointing to the udl
    iii.Review the cfserver.ini and ensure the schema names and passwords are correct.
      1.BIOSAR_BROWSER_USERNAME
      2.BIOSAR_BROWSER_PWD
      3.DBA_USERNAME
      4.DBA_PWD
    iv.Save any changes and perform an iisreset.
