Problem:
Connection Error to BioSAR data source when attempting to manage schema.
Solution:
Application: BioSAR 10 & 11
Description: When attempting to access Schema Management an error message is displayed: ‘An error occurred in connecting to the data source…’ When testing from another client machine there are no problems.
Cause: The client machine´s browser cache is corrupted.
Solution:
1.Log out of the application and close all IE windows.
2.Go to Control Panel > Internet Options:
a.General Tab:
i.Browsing History > Delete…
1.Clear ALL history (passwords are optional).
b.Content Tab:
ii.Certificates > Clear SSL State
c.Exit
