Oracle Cartridge will not install because it is 'Unable To Locate DLL'. I get an error message "The dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll could not be found in the specified path..."

The installer for Oracle cartridge requires several dlls that are not part of a generic Windows Server installation. The files are available through .Net framework installation. Microsoft has made these dlls available for distribution over the web and you can download them at http://www.dll-files.com. Download the dll named by the Cartridge Installer in the error message and then place it in the C:\WINNT\system32 directory. Cambridgesoft has copies of the msvcr71, msvcp71 and mfc71dlls available for download as well. Contact the Enterprise support team at esupport@cambridgesoft.com.
