Problem:

Why are some features which open new windows in Inventory Enterprise not opening the required windows?


Solution:

Some actions in Inventory Enterprise open popup windows to accomplish a task. If you have popup blockers enabled, these windows cannot open. To fix this problem, disable popup blockers.
