Why does the BioSAR Browser report writer fail with the error  "Report cannot be generated.  Form description is required."?

If there is no form description for your form, this error will appear All forms require a description in order for a report to be generated because the description is part of the dynamically generated report name.

To add a description to your form:

1. From the homepage, click Manage Your Forms.
2. Click Rename next to the form that needs a description.
3. Enter a Definition.
4. Click Save Changes.
