Problem:

None of the processes exit gracefully. I have numerous cfw processes on the server that will not terminate unless I shut down IIS.


Solution:

You will observe 2 CFW.EXE instances per ChemOffice Webserver Application. These will only get terminated by either unloading the IIS application from the management console or by stopping web services. This is the designed behavior.
