When I try to edit a structure embedded into a Word document, I get an error that the Word document was not found in the running object table.

Most likely the problem has to do with the path of the Word document. The file may be located in a place that makes the path to the file more than 80 characters. Try moving the Word document to a place closer to the top level of the drive it is on. i.e. C:\wordfile.doc
