I am not able to export records from the Merck Index. The Export options are grayed out.

Problem:

I am not able to export records from the Merck Index. The Export options are grayed out.


Solution:

The Merck Index has been locked as per the request of the vendor, Merck. The export feature has been disabled. You can only copy and paste individual fields one at a time.
