Problem:

The option to export the ChemACX database as an SD File is not available. The option is grayed out.


Solution:

We are contractually obligated with the vendors who provide the data to distribute the ChemACX database in a secured format such that it cannot be exported. We are able to sell a separate unsecured version of the database to corporate ChemOffice Ultra users. You can obtain pricing by emailing info@cambridgesoft.com Unfortunately, we are no longer selling an unsecured version for academic ChemOffice Ultra users.
