Data saved in on BA procedure section on ELN 17.1.1 is not visible

The data is not missing or lost from the database, but is simply not being displayed on the interface. This issue is related to the third-party control DevExpress RichEditControl version 15.2.13 used on ELN 17.1.1 and is fixed in the ELN 18.1 and later using updated DevExpress RichEditControl. Workaround : You can switch RichEditControl from third-party control to the standard one. You need go to the System -> tab Global Add-ins -> Form Controls add-in -> Configuration Global Add-in -> Styled Text and change control's assembly to next values: Assembly: ENStandardForms Class: CambridgeSoft.ENStandardForms.Text.StyledTextControl These changes have to be made by an administrator and ideally any change to the configuration should be tested before applying it on the Production machine.
