A recently created ELN user gets the following login error when trying to connect to ELN for the first time:

"Sorry, an error occured while opening a client connection: while executing startup commands: while executing login command "Setup User Configuration", an error occurred while executing a database operation:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (CS_NOTEBOOK9.ENl_REFERENCES_6) violated."

The user was created without read and write access to his own home directory on ELN, granting access fixes the issue.
