Error while receiving the HTTP response from Server

The following error may occur while logging into E-Notebook:

Sorry, an error occurred while opening a client connection: while setting up connection to central database: An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to http://YourServerName/ENService/ENService.svc. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.

SOLUTIONS:

1-Reboot the Application Server ('YourServerName' in the error message), and make sure the 'ENService' is running in Services.

2-Log as the admin of ELN and search for the user affected and look at the offline folder and remove all the folder/notebook or experiments.
